Refund Policy

This is a watermarked digital product, so the refund rules are simple and stated plainly here.

The 7-day window

If the content does not match what is described on the product page, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

After those 7 days, or in cases of confirmed redistribution or other abuse of the watermarked file, refunds are not available.

Because every copy is personalised and watermarked to you, we generally do not refund after download unless the content genuinely does not match its description. If something is off, reach out and we will work it out.

How to request a refund

Reply to your delivery email, or contact insha@medusa0xf.com, with your order details and a short note on what did not match.

Turnaround

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments back to your original payment method.
